Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed only after advance/full payment.

Payment proof is required.

Pricing

Prices may change depending on season and availability.

Final price will be confirmed before booking.

Travel Documents

Customers must carry valid ID proof.

Agency is not responsible for missing documents.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays, accidents, weather issues, or road conditions.

Third-party services (hotel/transport) are not under direct control.

💸 3. Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

7 days before travel → 80% refund

3–6 days before travel → 50% refund

0–2 days before travel → No refund

No Show

No refund if customer does not show up.

Refund Time

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Emergency Case

Special cases (medical emergency) may be considered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Some bookings (offers/peak season) may be non-refundable.

Advance Payment

30%–50% advance required.

Full payment before travel.

Booking Confirmation

Only after payment received.

Receipt/screenshot must be shared.

Package Inclusion

Details (hotel, transport, meals) shared before booking.

Extra services = extra charges.

Customer Responsibility
